Bah Properties can offer several types of Property Management, to ensure you get the service you want, select from Fully Managed, Part Managed, Let Only and Renovation within the online agreement.



Fully Managed

We execute the work on behalf of the landlord. For a monthly fee we manage the whole letting process from singing tenancy contract, rent collection through to check out inspections. Therefore you do not required to register with Rent Smart Wales.



Part Managed

Bah properties will market and let the property and collect the rent, However, landlord would required to organise their maintenance work, this means that he/she would need to obtain their own landlord license under the Rent Smart Wales Scheme.



Let Only

We will market and let the property for you and complete tenant checks and contract signing. But from this point onwards, it would be landlord’s responsibility to manage the property, landlord would also need to register and obtain a license under the Rent Smart Wales scheme.

Renovation/Maintenance

Bah Properties manage and renovate investment property(s) on behalf of landlord from the start to finish and do the whole letting process from singing tenancy contract, rent collection through to check out inspections.
